Windows 11 Thunderbolt 4 Gigabyte Add-in Card not recognized after start in windows 11

Hello,i have a really strange issue on windows 11 (same issue on windows 10) with my Gigabyte GC-Maple-Ridge Thunderbolt 4 Add-in Card. The drivers of this card are installed, on current version and works. But not directly after startup windows 11, only after I scan for recent hardware changes the card appears and start to work and connect my thunderbolt devices.I tried a fresh windows 11 installation, but this do not work as well.My systemspecs are:Windows 11 Pro 21H2 (22000.652)Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Master (BIOS F8a)Intel i7-11700k32 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200Mhz (running in X.M.P.
