Windows 11 Timezone is locked and greyed out which is causing many apps to misbehave

I have tried logging in using my account which is also set as the Admin. Even then the timezone option is greyed out.I have tried various other options mentioned on the microsoft answers portal and it still doesn't work. I have tried this - Redirecting really need help to resolve this.
