restart your computerpress the shift key till you see a box in the top left cornera blue background should appearclick troubleshotthen click advance options the select UEFI Firmware settingsand then click restartonce that happens you should be taken to the computer biosnow this is important to know do not start changing everything in the bios it can really mess with your computergo to system configuration and look for something that says function key on the right it does click it and change it to multimediaand then go all the way to the right and the top and click save and exitnow your functio
