Windows 10 Today, I accessed the Recent activity page. It only shows my current sign in - which seems odd.

My laptop was at the repair shop for a keyboard issue over the last two days. I picked it up yesterday and worked on it in the evening. Other than they'd cracked my screen while tightening up the hinges (!) all seemed well. This morning, I woke up the laptop and the display was frozen. There was a Microsoft window open that suggested I update the Remote assistance app. I couldn't reboot so switched the power off and back on - all seems well again.What conditions might give me this result?
