Windows 10 Toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior for *ALL apps* on

My laptop screen is 15.6 inches in size, and its resolution is 1920x1080, thus windows is reccomending me to keep the screen scale at 125%, because if I keep it at 100% everything will be zoomed out: tiny and hard to read. However, if I keep it at 125% all apps are going to be blurry unless I toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior on in the compatibility tab settings, though it does not work for system apps (system apps such as Device Manager will stay blurry on 125% scale) and I would have to do it for every single app. The Let Windows Try to Fix Blurry Apps option does absolutely nothing as well.


So, I'm asking if there is a way to toggle Override High DPI Scaling Behavior (override by application) for all apps including system apps, so there will be no blur while keeping the screen scale at 125%.
