Dude. Lemme just type it all out - maybe we can resolve this within a decade.I bought a laptop from best buy. It had windows pre-installed with a bios OEM key. I kept said laptop up to date, and seldom used it over the course of the last 8 months. I am soon starting college, so I was making sure everything was up and running well. I had updates that needed to be done, but I started getting error codes for those. I also started getting error codes for the troubleshooters.
