Windows 10 Tons of apps and websites believe I'm not connected to the internet, but I am (hence this post)

I've seriously struggled with this for about 10 hours of troubleshooting by now, and I'm asking here on the off chance this problem is even fixable without buying more hardware. It started Friday (the 17th) when the router got unplugged. I then plugged it in the next morning. The WIFI worked to an extent (I'll explain later) Saturday morning, but when I tried restarting the router, the WIFI completely stopped working. Saturday night, I restarted the router once more, and the WIFI worked (again, to an extent.) When I try launching many apps (Minecraft, the Microsoft Store, etc.) they will try t
