Windows 11 Touch keyboard popping up when pointing into a text field - very annoying, how can I switch it off?

I am using a Surface Pro 7 updated to Windows 11. I always work with keyboard (type cover) attached, and with a pen that I use mostly instead of / as replacement of a mouse. The following problem has been harassing me every now and then since I have the Surface Pro, now it is fully happening again:Whenever I touch with the pen tip on a text entry field, in any program (browser, text editor, whatever), the keyboard app pops up. This is not how I want the key-touch to behave when my type cover is attached - but it happens, always, for each text I type I first need to close the onscreen keyboard
