Hi, I had an issue with my laptop where it wouldn't load windows, so I reset it using a external device. When I did this and went through my set up, I realised the touchpad wasn't working but I assumed that was how the windows reset worked as I haven't set up a laptop since I got this one in 2021. However, I found that when I had finished the set up, my laptop wasn't allowing me to use the touchpad at all.
