The 12C HID Device in device manager has an exclamation mark on it and in the status it shows:"This device cannot start. (Code 10) A request for the HID descriptor failed."I used to be able to fix it by restarting the device, disabling then re-enabling it or uninstalling the "12C HID Device" and restarting. Though now it is not getting fixed after numerous restarts, disabling and re-enabling etc. Tried to find the driver to install from Lenovo but could not find it. On the manufacturer it says Microsoft so I found this site "Microsoft Update Catalog" there but got some "ELAN Mouse" which when
