Windows 11 Touchscreen dell 7530 does not work with Roblox APP and a local account, touchscreen works everything else and my microsoft account logged in

Like I said, I added a local account and the Roblox APP downloaded from web, not xbox, touch screen fails to work properly, no scrolling, no zooming.But when running same app in my microsoft logged in user account, touch screen with Roblox App works perfectly.
