I was trying to fix my latency problems, for the last year, and even tough I tried everything posted by Igor Leyko, very helpful, nothing helps.

Here's screenshots on Google Photos:

Screenshot - LatencyMon

But, while looking at the System Information I came across this.

Device Encryption Support: Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: TPM is not usable, PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not Modern Standby, Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device(s) detected, TPM is not usable

I don't know what this means. Nothing has been added to the mainboard as far as cards go since day 1, maybe 5 years ago. In vacuuming out the dust could I have jumped something?

My fear is that I am having a fatal mainboard issue? Any ideas?

I have exported my System Information here as a txt on OneDrive.

System_Information_10-19-2020.txt

Also, on boot up, after choosing boot drive there's a 20 min. for a timeout I guess, then I get the logon prompt.

I think this is the cause and it's another one of many problem I am trying to solve when not solving problems even more dire at work as we go through an ERP upgrade, on 2 1/2 years now.

Last week I upgraded the BIOS and I no longer get a boot screen.

Regards,

Chris.
