This same question has been asked before, but has been locked without fully solving it here.
In Windows 7 (and even later), HanYu PinYin for the Taiwan IME was supported, but that is gone now.
According to the previous (non-)"solution", the way to currently enable PinYin for proper traditional Chinese (Taiwan) is this: Add the IME for "Simplified Chinese" and then set options to "Traditional Chinese".
Sadly, these two languages have diverged, and many basic characters or words are either missing or cannot be easily produced. For example: the word for garbage is missing. When typing "lese", it does not come up. You have to type the China Chinese version "laji" instead. There are many other inconsistencies that make typing a burden.
When will you bring back HanYu PinYin for the Taiwan Chinese IME? Or have you abandoned this path for good?
(I know it can be seen as a bit rude, but I still want to point out that, for all its flaws, MacOS has a proper Taiwan Chinese PinYin IME.)
