So despite raising tickets with MS support as you cant email them or chat with them today it seems. I have an issue where i would like to transfer a digital licence of windows 11 pro to a new device.I purchased a new laptop in Aug 2024 and purchased via the Microsoft store an upgrade from home to pro, this went through so all well, then an issue arose with the laptop and long story short it was replaced 28th Oct 24.So I have setup said new laptop and logged in with me MS account to then apply said licence from old laptop to this one.
