Windows 10 Transferred 7 Times, Over 4 Hours on the Phone and NO HELP

I have purchased games and can't log in to Microsoft Shop. Keep getting the message that I am not connected to the internet. I am connected and have gone through 4 different agents' book that they read from. Three of the four Xbox agents say the problem is with Windows. When they transfer me to Windows agents I have to start all over again explaining the issue. As soon as they hear "game" or "MS Shop" they say they have to transfer me back to Xbox agents. And so it goes round and round. I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as a supervisor because when I ask for one they either hand up on me or deflect and say a supervisor is not available.


This "not connected to the internet" seems to be a recurring issue with Windows 10. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
