Windows 10 Tried changing the default downloads folder and it moved windows files from c to d drive.

I tried moving the default download folder so i googled how to do it and i followd the steps and changed where new content is saved, and selected d drive for all of them. (apps, doocuments, pictures, etc.) It created new folders in my d drive like program files, WindowsApps, WpSystem and Delivery optimization. I immediately changed it back to C, but the folders stayed and i cant move them back to C or delete them. How do i get Program files (this new program files folder on D is empty and there is another one on C) and WindowsApps back to c? Im affraid im going to break something, and i dont
