Windows 11 Tried to Factory reset PC after failed attempt now receiving error message "There was a problem when resetting your PC. No changes were made."

Was in the process of fully factory setting pc when I turned it off because I thought it was bugged (was stuck on boot screen for 4-5 hours with no text) after turning it off, pc booted was missing some files(when trying to open up something it would be missing its icon and say the drive or network connection that the shortcut "" refers to is unavailable make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available.) and when I went to try to factory reset it again it kept saying There was a problem when resetting your PC. No changes were made.Some weird things that I have
