Windows 11 Tried to remove a corrupted account off my samsung laptop and now I can't access the laptop.

I'm trying to remove an account that was corrupted by a hacker a while ago, but I accidentally deleted the account using the admin account you get access to through PowerShell without logging into my new account. I then disabled the admin account and got that account disabled with no other way to access the laptop. After restoring the laptop to a previous update I now just get the "status: 0xc000006d" error code anytime I try to access the now nonexistent account.
