rocessor: Intel® Core™ i7-9700K Processor (8x 3.60GHz/12MB L3 Cache)Motherboard: MSI MAG Z390 TOMAHAWKMemory: 16 GB [8 GB X2] DDR4-3000 Memory ModuleVideo Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER - 4GB GDDR6I tried to update Windows 11 to the 23h2:The install stopped at 35% and restarted.Windows Update gave me an install error.My ethernet was disconnected and the DHCP service cannot be restarted.My Windows Firewall was disabled and it cannot be restarted. I have tried sfc /scannow. I contacted support chat and even the "Advanced" support didn't know how to even roll back
