Windows 10 Trojan:Win32/Stealer.ER!MTB Remediation incomplete

Hello,a few days ago i mistakenly double clicked an istallation file called "SETUP", and then windows defender notification suddenly popped out and says "Trojan detected" or somewhat else. when i click on it windows defender shows the history of this protection.is it real trojan or its just a program that mistakenly detected as trojan? and i don't remember if i ever downloaded the file. then if its a real trojan how to fix it?
