Windows 11 Trouble installing C++

I have been trying to download specific versions of C++ for an application that uses it to run, and i have been getting this error code(0x80070652) every time i try to install itI have followed everything on this(Redirecting) thread that seemed to have the same problem as me, but nothing has worked.
