Windows 10 Trouble with uploading videos from iphone 7 to windows 10 laptop.

Hi I need help with uploading some videos from my iphone 7 to a windows 10 laptop. I've plugged in my phone to my laptop with a USB, and I'm using the Windows photo app. When I go to the 'Import' button, after 3 seconds, it says 'Failed to Import'. Would it be because the video size is to big? I don't want to break/chop them up. Any ideas on how to fix this or any program I should download?
