My laptop shutdown and displayed 'your computer ran into trouble and needs to restart'. After that I could not restart the laptop. I tried several options to restart it but the blue screen message is now permanent. After switching it on the blue screen error message appears for good. I cannot even restart it on safe mode. Does this mean that my laptop has crashed? After start up, it displays 'preparing automatic repair' and windows cannot restart. Do I have to send it for repairs or what? I do not want to lose my files. Can someone out there help me out with this problem?
