I have a new (recent 2021)HP laptop bluetooth enabled and new (recent 20201) bluetooth hearing aids. I have been able to pair the hearing aids (holds the pairing) to the laptop but the connection doesn't hold and my computer has blackscreen and I have to restart or there is no sound at all. Something seems to be overriding the connection or incompatible with the connection.I have completed.-restarted computer-restarted hearing aids and made sure in pairing mode-removed and re-paired the hearing aids-under Device Manager - updated all bluetooth drivers-under Services -turned all bluetooth optio
