Windows 10 Troubleshooting hibernation issue: long time to power off

Hi.Whenever my PC is sent into hibernation, it normally takes few seconds. System drive is an SSD (NVMe M.2), 16 GB RAM. But sometimes, it takes extraordinary much longer, e.g . 1-3 minutes without an obvious reason. That means, memory usage is low to average.I've used WPR to troubleshoot this issue using the "Hibernation/Resume" scenario. After opening the log file in WPA, it shows 1. activity, 2. "Trace off", 3. activity. That's how I expect it to be. The first part is only 6 seconds - but it did not power off after 6 seconds. It took additional 54 seconds. Why? How can I find it out if not
