Windows 11 Trying to connect my Cricut Joy to bluetooth on my Laptop running Windows 11. It connects then immediately disconnects.

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this issue. I uninstalled, reinstalled, unplugged, re-plugged. restarted and shut down. It all ends up the same. I can discover the device, I can connect but then it immediately disconnects. After that, it is no longer discoverable. The device shows in my list of devices but shows as not connected. I already check that my BIOS and udate are fine. Also de drivers. Please help.
