Windows 11 Trying to delete a project folder that is taking up room on my hard drive. I don't have permission to do so.

I'm simply trying to delete an old project folder. Initially it says I need Administrator permission to delete the folder. Weird since it's just a React Native project folder, but whatever, I hit Continue. Items start deleting, get to the very last file, and it says:"You require permissions from <my_laptop_name>\<user_I_am_literally_logged_in_on> to make changes to this folder"This user is an administrator, and I have tried the steps mentioned here dozens of times. Nothing works.I am running Windows 11 if that helps.I have little to no hard drive space, and as a university student
