Hello,
I believe this is the right place to post memory dump files to get help trouble shooting issues? I started on this: link
to use the built in Driver Verifier, and this one: link
for how to find and upload the files to get help. So this is a one drive link to the memory.dmp, windows system info, and AIDA64 Extreme system report: onedrive
I suspect my problem is a failing graphics card, but before I go out and buy a new one (not the best time right now) I'm trying to determine if it is indeed a hardware issue that must be replaced or if it's a software/driver issue that can be resolved. I've had this crash pop up occasionally in the past but it was very infrequent, until two days ago I was playing a more modern game and the screen cut out on me & computer crashed. I had to hard power down once or twice to get it back up. I switched to a lower spec game and played for a while and it crashed again. Now it crashes anytime I start up (sometimes the music keeps playing while the screen is dead), and now also when watching a youtube video or just browsing.
I've already messed around uninstalling the graphics driver, using a program to do a clean sweep for any leftovers, running a full windows defender scan in safe mode, and re-installing the graphics drivers. Doesn't seem to help. If my computer's been powered down for a while it seems okay if I don't do much with it, but once it crashes it then occurs much more frequently to the point i just have to shut down for a while. This also shouldn't be an overheating issue, I ran a tool to check the temp and my card runs at 37C in windows and 43C in a low spec game.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks. Again I want to figure out if this is something that can be fixed or if I need to replace something. I really need a new PC but don't have the funds at the moment, but I can manage a new GPU.
