Windows 10 Trying to download windows 10 to a laptop with no operating system

So I’ve been having this problem for a couple of weeks now. I’ve tried out YouTube videos and etc. and I am trying to figure out why it is not working. It’s always asking me for a driver. But they are all invisible, which I do not know why. I have an I have a 1 TB backup hard drive installed into the laptop as well as the primary 2 TB. And I have been trying to find an answer for some time, and none of the forms seem to have an answer for why my laptop with no operating system won’t download windows 10. Any help will be very appreciated!
