Windows 11 Trying to intsall iCloud for Windows - error message

Fully updates Windows 11, downloaded iCloud from Microsoft store to sync with Windows photos...launched iCloud installer and when it gets to iCloud screen to "Get Started", I receive an error box titled "iCloud Migration" and it reads "Upgrade to iCloud for Windows 15.2 failed. Please reboot and try again (Error 7)"Can you please help?
