Windows 10 Trying to Move 'Forza Horizon 5' application to Different Drive - Error Code 0x80070005

Hi there, for the past few attempts now when trying to move my Forza Horizon 5 application from C:Local Disk to D: Drive, I have been repeatedly encountering error 0x80070005 (see photo attached).It happens to be quite a large file (133GB) however, being that it is taking up the majority of my C: Drive (250GB capacity) it must be moved to create more space on my OneDrive which is on the same C: Drive.
