Windows 11 Trying to open parition but won't let me

Hello,I made a partition accessible by giving it a letter using mini tool partition manger. It is using a external usb. So I tried to open it but it wouldn't let me. I have a video attached of the problem and I tried going into the advance sharing tab and trying some way from there. I just need help. I think or regedit would be the best way to fix this problem. I also flashed this usb drive but and I used explorer ++, but that did not help. Here is the video link:Video of Promblem.mkv
