Windows 10 Trying to Quit OneDrive, thought I resolved it, but ran into an issue.

I quit One Drive correctly with the "Quit One Drive" button under settings on my computer. I even unlinked this computer on my One Drive, but when my computer re-started today One Drive came back and synced the items I deleted from One Drive completely (in recycled). It ended up updating this and placed them in my recycled on my computer (I hope all of it). I wanted those files to be on my computer, and didn't want it to go into my computer's recycling bin. How do I completely get rid of One Drive on my computer? I do not want it synced. I had it separate for a long time where I only needed to
