Windows 10 Trying to remove this: PUABundler:Win32/MediaGet

I have tried to remove this for about 2 weeks now but it never gets removed, I even did the Microsoft offline scan which I saw was the strongest you could say. Still did not work. Please help with this guys🙏🙏🙏. My laptop is being way too slow than usual which is a big nuisance.
