Windows 11 Trying to rename atig6pxx.dll but the file cannot be found

My account is an administrator and it said in order to change the file name, I needed permission.I rebooted into Safe Mode and and followed the following steps:Reboot into Safe ModeLog on under an admin accountOpen a Command Prompt (cmd.exe)Type these commands and press Enter after each:cd \Windows\System32takeown /f atig6pxx.dllicacls atig6pxx.dll /grant everyone:fullattrib -r -s atig6pxx.dllNow I still cannot rename because the file cannot be found while I am in Safe Mode.
