Windows 10 Trying to Reset Windows 10 Admin password

I have been tryint to reset windows 10 admin password. I can login with standard User account in Windows.Created a bootable usb drive however when i issue diskpart and list disc it is not showing the Windows C Drive it's only showing my usb stick. But when i login in Windows i can see C Drive with windows
