Windows 10 Trying to sync notes with my Surface laptop and Samsung phone

Hello everyone! Hope you are doing well.


My name is Marcus. I am trying to successfully sync my sticky notes across my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and my Samsung Galaxy S10 with the Microsoft Launcher. I am unsuccessful in syncing sticky notes across these devices. Below are screenshots showing my sync is not working.


Any help you all can provide would be appreciated. Thanks for your help and have a great day!
