Windows 11 Turned off Core Isolation Memory Integrity- Laptop Won’t Start

Hello,I was trying to get my external hard drive to work and as a result I went into settings to turn off the “core isolation memory integrity” setting. Upon doing this and being promoted restart, I have been able to get back into my laptop. I have tried safe mode but nothing will work. Any suggestions?
