Windows 11 Turning on Wi-Fi stops websites loading over ethernet

I use my Windows 11 PC as a mobile hotspot using its inbuilt wi-fi adapter, I plug Ethernet cable into my PC to get acess to the internet, when I turn on the mobile hotspot and the wi-fi, websites no longer load over ethernet, any fixes so both will work at the same time?
