Windows 11 Turtle Beach USB causes bluescreen when updating drivers

The drivers show that they're malfunctioning in the device manager but when I attempt to update them my pc bluescreens. I've seen the other posts, I'm having similar issues but all the threads say post the minidump and nobody ever does.
