Windows 11 Two Finger Scroll option is NOT visible under Bluetooth & devices -> Touch -> Gestures.

After my latest Windows update from Win11 to Win11 Pro, my touchpad features like two finger scroll and pinch to zoom has stopped working. Synaptics Driver (external - application with red colour logo) no more works as well. While trouble-shooting based on online suggestions, I found that I do NOT have the option of "Two Finger Scroll" and pinch to Zoom under Gestures anymore. I can see "Three- and four-finger touch gestures" toggled as ON, ideally Two Finger Scroll Option should be visible above "Three- and four-finger touch gestures"Please suggest if there is a bug.
