I recently bought two reconditioned laptops set them up fine. Now come to use them Christmas day. And I get. Something went wrong we have been unable to set up your pin and it boots me back to the log in screen. I have no access to the system. Is their a solution I have looked online but because I can't log in I can't make any system changes. The images below the error message and the only option I have when it comes to troubleshooting. Thank you.
