Two times in app purchases had a problem and a pop up told me no money was taken. I find out money was taken 2x's and i didn't get anything from either. support is impossible to get ahold of. Spending hours trying to get someone to talk to. It is really starting to feel like Microsoft lines up help/support just out of reach. Playing on an app from the Microsoft store, going through Microsoft to pay for in game purchases, shouldn't it be easier to get help if something goes wrong?
