Hi All,
I'm just fed up of using this $150(~ Rs,11000/-) from Samsung{ Galaxy Buds+ Truly Wireless Earphones }

The problem is whenever i receive Skype, Teams, Cisco WebEx calls or any application on Windows 10 (like OBS for streaming/Recording) which uses Galaxy Buds+ microphone , all of the applications mentioned above only showing "Hands-Free AG Audio" option for calling/ recording my voice and not using "Stereo mode" and this issue results in a very bad call quality/recording quality. I read about it on several articles, and found out that "aptX codec" is required. And also if i'm watching any YouTube videos and microphone is used video playback stops immediately.

But my question is why this doesn't happen when i use Galaxy Buds+ on my mobile (Android/iPhone) , here everything works fine and all music playback/ microphone in Teams, Cisco calls, normal calls all works in "Stereo mode".

I have attached all the screenshots required below, If anyone knows about this, just explain this second part and any working solution will be very helpful.

Output Playaback : Stereo (fine)

Input Device : Hands-Free AG Audio only (why ?)

Sound Settings : Stereo for playback only but for microphone no option at all.
