Windows 10 Tying to wipe and install windows 10 using USB but getting black screen with white horizontal lines in arches.

Tying to wipe and install windows 10 using USB but getting black screen with white horizontal lines in arches. See screenshot, when i put the USB stick into any other machine i can view the files, i have wiped and reloaded. Also tried another stick.
