Windows 10 Typing things in Start menu search online instead of PC....

For instance, If I type "bluetooth" it only shows a search online. Instead of what it does on my other computers, which is showing Bluetooth and other settings, which allows me to open that area on my pc. It does the same for everything... Device Manager, Settings etc... I also notice that on my other windows 10 pc's they show different types of icons in the side piece under create, and play, and explore. This PC only shows recently added items... I am not sure how this got this way, it wasnt always this way.
