Windows 10 Unable to access my PC, stuck at PIN entry and no way around it.

I was clearing space on my PC, nothing out the ordinary, i have also been having tech support for a game, which required me to restart my PC, now i receive a message saying the following;"something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."
