Windows 11 Unable to buy items off Microsoft Store due to a region/credit card mismatch

Hi everyone,So as the title says I'm unable to buy stuff off Microsoft Store as I have a credit card issued in country A, my laptop has been bought in country B therefore I have this country B set as my region in the settings, and I'm currently staying in country C, which is NOT my country of residence, so I have no intention of changing my region to country C as I'm moving to country D in less then a month. How do I sort this out if I need to buy an item off Microsoft Store asap and I don't have a credit card issued in country B (where I've bought the laptop) and I'm not going to get a credit
