Windows 10 Unable to captures clips with xbox game bar, I have a compatible GPU with updated drivers.

I posted this in feedback hub a week ago but never got a response, so I'm trying again here:I read this link: Xbox Support about my problem and it says that if I have a supported video card for game clip captures with updated drivers and still get the error, to send a message support. I have a RTX 2080 max q, and I know it is compatible because it used to capture clips perfectly fine through game bar. But I had an issue with my OS install drive and had to transfer everything to another drive,
