Windows 11 Unable to change Display Resolution or Brightness level in Windows 11

I am using Windows 11I can't change my Display Resolution, the entire option is greyed out and refresh rate has become fixed.As described, when I right click on the screen and choose "Display settings" to open the system window, the "Display Resolution" area where you can adjust the resolution for your monitor is fixed at "3840x2160(Recommended)", and I can't change it to any other resolution, the whole selector is greyed out.
